Our client is looking for an Events and Promotions Assistant with great people skills and a passion for excellent customer service.

As an Events and Promotions Assistant, you will be the face of the company, promoting innovations or services from our clients and partners. Working with the team or with more autonomy, you will learn and develop a level of expertise towards branding and client relations. You will be passionate about delivering high quality results. With feedback from our managers and training from our experts, you will aim to reach high working standards as well as get the chance to grow within our company.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality and event management is preferred. You will show the ability to remain positive under any situation to provide the best service possible. Full training is provided with the role.

Responsibilities include:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
Advise customers about the products and services of our clients' products
Maintain a professional smart appearance as we meet directly with customers
Build strong relationships with customers, clients, colleagues and management
